To lower the cost of shipping and to minimize our carbon footprint NayaCreate, modules, switches, and keycaps are shipped together in a single cardboard box. 95% of orders fit inside of one box, in the remaining 5% of cases a larger box may be used or a depending on your location a secondary box. If you have not received your full order, please allow for 3 more working days for the remainder to arrive. If that does not happen, please contact your support at [email protected] so that we may resolve the issue.
The box has two major compartments, the keyboard side(left) and the modules side(right). The keyboard side will either contain your NayaCreate and any keycaps you may have ordered. The modules side will contain your modules, key switches, and a paper spaces if necessary.
Your NayaCreate is shipped inside its carry case to ensure a safe arrival. Once you open the case you will find your NayaCreate sitting in the keyboard slot wrapped in biodegradable sleeves. These sleeves you may safely dispose of green/compost trash. Furthermore, you will find the cables which come with your NayaCreate, a key/switch puller, and a biodegradable bag with 3 switches, one of each type. Note that depending on when you have received your NayaCreate you may have received either a Y-Cable, or two USB-C to USB-C cables. In the future, our new shipments will include a USB-C cable and our new and improved V-Splitter.
The modules are shipped in a moulded paper box then a sleeve, both of which are biodegradable and can be safely disposed of in your green/compost trash.
Switches are shipped in a moulded paper box which is biodegradable and can be safely disposed of in your green/compost trash. You may of course also choose to keep the box so as to store the switches you are replacing.
Keycaps included in your order are shipped in a custom cardboard sleeve so as to easily locate each keycap on NayaCreate. Note that every keycap has a code embossed next to the stem which you can use together with the image below to identify its location.

Finally, printed on the inside of the lid of cardboard box your Naya devices came in, you will find a QR code and link to our getting started page, here you can download NayaFlow and/or our user manuals for each device.
