Log Folders
NayaFlow(frontend) and NayaCore(driver) record logs during run time. These logs can be used by our Customer Support and engineering to troubleshoot unexpected behaviour.
Pressing either of these buttons will open up the directory where these logs are stored.
With the introduction of the Diagnostics Report feature, these buttons are considered legacy.

Diagnostics Report Generation
This feature allows you to generate a systems report including all relevant information about NayaDevices, NayaFlow, our drivers, and connected usb device information. Should you ever need help from our support, you will be asked to generate this report.
To generate a report:
- Connect your NayaCreate halves to your computer using USB-C
- Connect your modules to your NayaCreate
- Power ON your NayaCreate halves
- Verify that the connection indicators on NayaFlow are visible and are showing the correct information
- Of course in situations where a keyboard half or module does not power ON, it will not show up in NayaFlow.

- Navigate to Settings → Logging (Adv.)
- Press the GENERATE button under the heading Diagnostics Report
- Save the report to a known location and send it using email to our Customer Support
