How to Report a Bug — A Quick Guide
1. Before You Report
- Ensure you are using the latest software version (if possible).
- Update the firmware of your Create (if possible).
- Check whether your problem is addressed in one of our Troubleshooting guides.
2. Fill Out Your Report Thoroughly
- We will be able to help you better and faster when we can figure out exactly what went wrong.
- Clear details mean fewer follow‑up questions from us, and thus a quicker solution to your problem.
3. What to Include
3.1 A Short Summary
Summarize your issue in one line that finishes this sentence: “I’m unable to…”.
Example: “I’m unable to use my Touch module.”
3.2 Where & When It Happens
Fill out the following questions related to your setup and device. If you have tried using multiple different devices, make sure to tick all applicable boxes.
- Does the issue happen every time or only sometimes?
- What Operating System are you using?
- What is your device's architecture?
- What laptop/computer do you use? (E.g. Macbook Pro 14 M2, Dell XPS 15 2023)
