NayaFlow v1.16.x to 1.17.x and later

When?

If you have tried to recover your module using the battery recovery method and it seemingly does not turn ON or if you have been instructed by our community/customer support.

How?

  1. Connect only your Naya Create Left to your computer and turn it ON.

  2. Open NayaFlow and wait to see the FlashCreate button.

  3. Plug in the module you want to target into your Naya Create(Left).

  4. Navigate to the Hardware Manager.

  5. Select the workflow called ‘Danger Zone - Force Update’. The Danger Zone preface is used to prevent accidental usages of this workflow without having read this article.

  6. Press the No Selection Made dropdown menu in the section

  7. Select a module from the list corresponding to the module you have connected to your Naya Create Left.

  8. Press Force Update

  9. Makes sure that the correct module is plugged in, then press Force Update

  10. Wait for the process to complete.

  11. At the end of the process, your module will turn ON. If it does not turn ON, you may have to repeat the process again. We are actively working on improving the stability of Naya Flow.
